7.1 Troubleshooting of the product

Symptom
The product does not start. No LEDs
come on when you push the on/off
button.
The product does not start and the
batteries that are put in the product
are immediately damaged.
The motor does not start when you
push the power trigger.
The motor makes sudden movement
when you push the power trigger,
then stops.
The product stops when you apply
work load.
The keypad LEDs flash.
The motor speed changes.
The warning symbol on the keypad
flashes continuously.

Possible causes
The battery is defective.
The connector between the battery
and the product are defective.
The cables between the control unit
and the keypad or the main switch
are damaged.
Short circuit in the control unit.

The motor cables are connected in-
correctly.

of the battery. A minimum of 1 green
LED must come on.
Make sure that the power connectors
between the battery and the product
are not dirty or damaged.

is correctly assembled, dry, not dam-
aged and that there is no corrosion.
