Dismantling
1.
Dismantle the driver's seat. See Removing
Driver's Seat.
2.
Dismantle the protective cover under the seat.
3.
Place a vessel under the hydraulic pump to
collect oil spill.
4.
Clean according to the general instructions.
5.
Turn the drive shaft so that two hex screws (1)
are visible in the belt pulley mounting.
6.
These screws clamp a sleeve over the pump's
spline shaft. Loosen the screws max. two turns.
The pump is now free from the drive shaft.
7.
Remove the two retaining screws (2) holding
the pump to the partition wall.

Loosen the pump arm (6) from the pump with
two screws (7).
9.
Dismantle the hydraulic pipes (2), (5) to the
hydraulic pump and plug the hole and
connections. The pipes must be loosened at
both ends.
10. Loosen the banjo coupling (1) and the hydraulic
hoses (3) and (4) from the hydraulic pump. Plug
holes and connections. Inspect the copper
washers on the banjo coupling (1) and change if
necessary.
11. Dismantle the pump by pulling it forward.

Assembling
1. If the pump is being changed, the adapters and
connections must be transferred to the new
pump. Check the condition of O-rings and other
components. Torque tighten adapters as
illustrated. Torque tighten the banjo coupling
adapter on the opposite side to 32 Nm.
