7.15.2 To assemble the bevel gear (543RBX)
1. Put the bevel gear and the output shaft together.
2. Put the gear wheel on the shaft.
3. Put the 2 ball bearings in position.
4. Increase the temperature of the bevel gear to
approximately 140°C.

5. Push out the output shaft into the gear housing.
Note: Make sure that the ball bearings touch the
bottom of the gear housing.
6. Attach the ball bearings on the axle. Make sure that
the snap ring holds the ball bearings in position.
7. Install the output shaft.
