Align the Anchor bolts (A) with the oval slots in the ceiling
plate (C). Push the Ceiling Plate onto the anchors (B) until the
rubber isolators (D) are tight against the ceiling. Place the flat
washer, spring washer, and nut (E) onto the anchor bolt and
secure tightly.
