how to transmit a message using
the tape reader ?
The equipment being in STAND BY mode, put the tape to be
transmitted on to the TAPE READER.
When you are linked with your correspondent, depress READER
ON/OFF key. The associated indicator light comes on.
The message is then automatically transmitted.
When the tape reading is finished, the TAPE READER stops and
its associated indicator light goes off.
Depress LINE key to end communication.
This possibility decreases to a minimum the line in use time and
therefore reduces your operating costs.
