Install the door air shock onto ball
stud in door as shown in Figure 4.
Then install other end of air shock
on to cab ball stud. NOTE: Do not
over stress glass by trying to install
air shock on to cab as glass may
shatter. You may need to loosen
door stop mounting bolts to allow
door to open wider. See Figure 5.

After installing air shocks, install
safety clips on both sides of the
ball stud receivers, See Figure 4,
to ensure that the air shocks do
not fall off.

Loosen striker pin on cab and
gently close the door and see
where the striker pin should be
located to keep the door closed
tight. Figure 6. Once located
in it's proper location, tighten
all hardware and then repeat
steps 1 thru 6 for opposite
side door.
