ES On-Off Valve Repair

1. See Prepare the Gun for Service, page
2. Loosen the captive screw (26p). Remove the
valve (26) from the handle.
3. Lubricate the o-rings (26b* and 26g*) with
non-silicone grease, Part No. 111265. Do not
over-lubricate.
NOTE: Do not over-lubricate parts. Excessive
lubricant on the o-rings can be pushed into the
gun air passage and blemish the finish on the
workpiece.

47. 4. Clean and inspect parts for damage. Replace
5. Reinstall the valve. Torque the screw (26p) to
if necessary.
NOTE: The protrusion on the retainer plate (26f)
must point upward.
15-25 in-lb (1.7-2.8 N•m).
