Improper lubrication.
Blade gap incorrect.
Insufficient workpiece material on both
sides of blade.

Use materials within rated capacity.
Follow lubricating guidelines.
Adjust blade gap.
Make sure workpiece lengths on both
sides of blades are approx. 8 times
workpiece thickness.

Check all blades for tightness.
