Complaint:

No steam function or too little steam

Cappuccino or Caffelatte - milk
does not froth

Not enough froth when frothing milk

Cause?
• Steam and hot water tube scaled?
• Steam and hot water tube clogged?
• Reed contact defect?
• Electronic mainboard defect?
• Wrong valve lever position?
• Steam nozzle dirty or scaled?
• Steam pipe or Cappuccino-Caffelatte
device not correctly assembled?
• Milk not at fridge temperature?
• Thermoblock is scaled (temperature loss)?

Counter measure!
- Descale machine (see pages 40 and 41)
- Clean tube
- Check reed contact (see page 49)
- Replace reed contact (see page 36)
- Replace electronic mainboard (see page 29)
- Check the valve lever position „Cappucino -
Caffelatte".
- Clean valve lever if needed.
- Clean or descale (see pages 40 and 41)
- Assemble correctly
- Only use milk at fridge temperature
- Descale machine (see pages 40 and 41)
