    4. DISASSEMBLING AND TREATMENT 4-1. CLEANER ASSEMBLY 1) Open the cover dust(1) and check the paper bag whether it is fulled or not. 2) Open the cover dust(1), unscrew the 4 screws(2). Lift the hadle(5), unscrew the 2 screws(2). Lift the cover assembly(4) up. 3) Check the connection between the terminals of motor, CR assembly, hose grip and PCB(8).

BODY ASSEMBLY 1) Unscrew the 2 screws(7), take the socket(6) out of the body(1) 2) Check the breaking of the leads(2,3). 3) Check the gap between the body(1) and the rubber packing(4). 4) Check the movement of the paper bag sensor(5). 5) Check the filter whether it is cloggy with dust or not.

CASE MOTOR ASSEMBLY 1) Unscrew the 2 screws(1), take the cap motor(2) out of the case motor(3). 2) Take the motor(4) out of the case motor(3). 3) Check the motor(4) whether it is burnt out or not. 4) Check the connection between the motor and the leads. 5) After check the trouble of parts, assemble them into a motor assembly in the reverse order.

    4-4. CR ASSEMBLY 1) Take the cordreel assembly out of the body assembly. 2) Unscrew the screw(2). 3) Separate the bobbin(4) from the bracket(1) and check the contacts between the Y terminals(3) and the ring type terminals(9). 4) Check the lever spring(6). 5) If the roller brake(7) is worn out and separate the lever(8) from the bracket(1), then replace the roller brake(7).

    4-5. HOSE ASSEMBLY 1) Unscrew the 2 screws(26), lift cover(25) up. Check the knob(16), the slide volume(13) and the breaking of connections(20). 2) Check the button(27). 3) Unscrew the screw(23), lift the cover(22) up. Check the connection of lead(20) and contacts between the leads(2) and ring type terminals(19).

    4-6. BRUSH ASSEMBLY 1) Unscrew the 4 screws(14), the screw(11) and take the pipe(9), the neck(6) out of the body(1). Check the cloggy dust in the pipe(9) and the neck(6). 2) Check the stopper spring. Check the roller(3,4)
