Letting calls ring at least twice before answering.

Seeing if the call was placed through a
switchboard.

Checking with your telephone service provider to
make sure your Caller ID service is active.

Making sure you entered the correct area code. If
you have to dial all 10 digits, you need to delete
the area code (see "Seven-digit Dialing" on page
24).

customer service for more information.
