v For the Global Mirror scenario, create the following items:
a. A background copy FlashCopy map (with the volumes that were created
in step 1 on page 18 as the FlashCopy target volume).
b. The Global Mirror source and target volumes as the FlashCopy source
volumes.
c. The Global Mirror FlashCopy between the Remote Mirror source volume
and the newly-created FlashCopy target volume.

3. Map the Remote Copy target and the FlashCopy target volumes to the VMware
ESX servers. The newly-created FlashCopy target volumes are used as test
volumes during the test procedure. The RemoteCopy target volumes are used
as the production volumes during the failover procedure.
