Hydraulic System Oil
NOTE: Change the transmission, rear axle, and
hydraulic system oil after every 300 hours of
operation.
1. Place a suitable container beneath the transmis-
sion and rear axle drain plugs to catch the used

drain the system by removing the transmission
and rear axle drain plugs, 1. Reinstall the plugs
once the oil has drained. Discard the used oil.
2. Remove the filler plug, 1, and fill with NH 134
hydraulic oil. The transmission is filled to the
correct level when the oil registers between the
two marks on the dipstick, 2. Do not fill above the
dipstick full mark. Capacity for the H.S.T.
transmission is 16 liters (16.9 qts.).
3. Reinstall the dipstick and filler plug.
IMPORTANT: There is a common sump for the
transmission, rear axle, and hydraulic system.
Therefore, extra care should be taken to keep the oil
