TRANSMISSION, REAR AXLE, AND
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Checking the Transmission, Rear Axle, and
Hydraulic System Oil Level
NOTE: Check the transmission, rear axle, and
hydraulic system oil level after every 50 hours of
operation.
1. With the engine off and the tractor standing level,
check the oil level using the dipstick, 1. The oil is
at the correct level when it reads between the two
marks on the dipstick.
2. If the level is low, remove the filler plug, 2, and
add NH 134 hydraulic oil through the filler hole.
Do not fill above the dipstick full mark.
3. Reinstall the filler plug and dipstick.
