HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OIL FILTER

NOTE: Replace the hydraulic system oil filter, 1, after
the first 50 hours of operation, and then following
every 300 hours of operation thereafter.
The hydraulic system uses a spin-on type oil filter. To
replace the filter:
1. Unscrew the used oil filter, 1, and discard.
2. Coat the gasket on the new filter with a film of
clean oil. Screw the filter into place until the
gasket contacts the sealing surface, then tighten
the filter by hand approximately three-quarters of
a turn. Do not overtighten.
3. Start the engine and check the filter for leaks.
4. Stop the engine and check the hydraulic system
oil level. Add oil if necessary.
H.S.T. SYSTEM OIL FILTER
NOTE: Change the H.S.T. system oil filter, 2, after the
first 50 hours of operation, and then following every
300 hours of operation thereafter.
To change the H.S.T. system oil filter, 2, follow the
procedures found above for changing the hydraulic
system oil filter.
