The channel steps automatically as shown in the chart below and stops a t next active channel. It will skip un-
used channels. If you want t o select the next channel, push the button again.

MAKING A SAMPLE RECORDllUG AND PLAYBACK
1. Press the "POWERr' switch "ON" and red lamp
will light.
2. Hold a Cassette so the small arrow is up and
pointing toward the VCR. Slide the Cassette
into VCR Cassette compartment as far a s it
will go. The cassette is automatically drawn
into the cassette compartment.
3. Press the "TV/VCRm switch t o the "VCR"
position.
4. Now press the "REC" (recording) button to
begin recording. You are now recording the
program you see on your TV screen.
5. Record a few minutes, press the "STOP"
button. Then press,the " R E W button. The
tape will,rewind to the beginning.

To playback press the "PLAY" button. The
TV picture will continue for a moment. Then
the program you just recorded will be shown.

If your television receiver

equipped with VI R, it may be necessary to turn V I R
OFF
when playing back
the video tape. Otherwise the color may be too bright, too faint or even change.
