POSSIBLE CAUSE
Dirty appliance or venting
Poor fuel quality, high ash content.
Incorrect air-fuel adjustment
Excessive feeding

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Low battery
Bad battery connection
Dead or low battery
Bad refresh
Failed Boot
Bad or Damaged screen
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean unit including the fire pot, exhaust path, and venting system
Purge old fuel and use higher quality / or brand of fuel
Adjust the trim (see trim adjustment section)
Adjust tuning per tuning instructions
Follow corrective action for feed motor not turning off
Clean unit including the fire pot, exhaust path, and venting system

Extend the termination further from the structure

Enter and exit menu to refresh screen (If refresh does not
fix the issue, replace batteries).
Either replace batteries, or remove and re-install the
batteries to refresh the screen.

Re-boot user interface by removing the batteries, waiting
15 seconds and re-installing the batteries.
Refresh screen by entering and exiting the menu (If not
