POSSIBLE CAUSE
Area where the user interface is
placed affects temperature.
User interface located in tight
spaces effecting the on/off cycling of
the appliance.
Dirty fire pot, exhaust path, and/or
venting system.
Not enough combustion air
Misaligned igniter
Wet fuel or poor quality fuel
Convection Blower is jammed
Not electrically connected
Blower is defective
Exhaust probe not sensing
correct temperature
Defective probe
Control board is defective.
Wire short between blower and ground
- Control board is defective
Exhaust blower is jammed
Not electrically connected
Blower is defective
Control board is defective.
Wire short between blower and ground
- Control board is defective
Wire short between ground and: feed
motor, vacuum switch, hopper switch,
or safety snap disc
Control board is defective
Convection blower is dirty causing an
out-of-balance condition

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check thermostat proximity to doors and windows
Inspect user interface location and make sure it is not close to a
surface that heats and cools quickly.
Clean entire appliance including: fire pot, ash build up in firebox, fire
pot area, behind baffle, firebox, exhaust blower, venting, and ash
pan.
Adjust the trim (see trim adjustment section)
Center the igniter in the chamber
Replace wood pellet fuel
Clean and remove jammed object from the blower
Connect the blower wires to its respective power wires
Replace blower
Secure the exhaust probe to exhaust blower housing – keeping its
wire away from hot surfaces
Replace probe
Replace control board
Repair wire and replace control board
Clean, and remove jammed object from the blower
Connect the blower wires to its respective power wires
Replace blower
Unplug the Bluetooth key, if exhaust blower runs, Bluetooth key or
user interface is defective
Repair wire and replace control board
Repair wire(s) and replace control board
Replace control board
Clean blower impellers
Repair wire and replace control board
