Unscrew the 6 screws and remove the ballast fan mesh.

Unscrew the 3 screws and separate the Ballast-1 and Ballast-2.
(7)
Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the ballast fan.
(8)
Unscrew the 3 screws and separate the ballast PFC cases 1 and
2.
