Viewing the Avaya EAC Agent status
This section provides information about viewing the current status of the Avaya EAC Agent.
You can view the current IP address of the system and the log file details such as number of
checking results and Avaya EAC Agent events.
Use the following procedure to view the Avaya EAC Agent status.
Procedure steps
1. In the Windows taskbar notification area, right-click the Avaya EAC Agent icon,
2. Click the Policy tab, to view the policy details.
3. Click the SNAS Status tab, to view the SNAS status.
4. Click Clear Logs, to clear the logs.
5. Click OK to close the Avaya EAC Agent Status Logs dialog box.
Using the Avaya EAC Agent Applet
The Avaya EAC Agent Applet is a web browser Java applet that can run on Windows and non-
Windows operating systems.
In clientless mode, no VPN client is installed on the remote user's machine. Instead, the remote
user accesses intranet resources through a secure SSL connection from the web browser VPN
Gateway Portal.
