While performing the descaling cycle, during the dispensing or rinse phase
of the descaling solution, liquid leakage may be seen on the milk carafe
dispenser swivel.
Before starting the descaling cycle, it is possible to reduce the leakage as
follows: Starting from (pos. I), press fi rmly on the swivel perpendicular,
turn at least twice or three times by around 45°, then release it in the same
position, as shown in the fi gures.
Note: Before descaling, perform the following operations:
- Empty the drip tray.

- Insert the empty milk carafe (see "Dispensing Milk").
