Demand-based maintenance
1. Shutting down the heating system.
2. Clean the combustion chamber.
3. Clean the hot gas flues (heating surfaces)
4. Check and, if required, replace gaskets and packing cords
at:
• Burner door
• Inspection aperture of reversing chamber
• Inspection aperture of flue gas collector
Tighten screw connections at the reversing chamber and
flue gas collector to the specified torque and check
tightness.
5. Check that the condensate pipe is clean and filled with a
water seal.
6. Check the neutralising system.
7. Bring the heating system into operation.
8. Final check of the maintenance work, take measurements
and record values and test results.
9. Check the function and operational safety
(safety equipment).
10. Confirm professional commissioning.
