Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,

pipe thermistor
connected to X37A on
outdoor unit PC
board (A1P)?

Is the
resistance
measured after
removing the thermistor
(R7T) from outdoor unit PC
board normal?
(3.5 kΩ to
360 kΩ)
YES
Troubleshooting by Indication on the Remote Controller

Connect thermistor and operate
unit again.
Replace thermistor (R7T).
Replace outdoor unit PC board
