∗K2: Magnetic relay in PC board (A2P)
Troubleshooting
Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,
Caution
or parts damage may be occurred.
Is
the voltage of

power supply
380~415V?
YES
Turn on again.
Does K2 ∗
NO
turn on?
YES
The voltage
between the P2
(or P3) and N3 terminals NO
is 380 VDC (Y1) or
more when the
compressor is
running.
YES
Troubleshooting by Indication on the Remote Controller
Does
the voltage
between terminals
YES
P2(or P3) and N3 gradually
rise to 556 VDC (Y1)
after turning
on?
NO
Is
220 ~ 240 V
YES
at the connector X1A of
inverter PC
board.
NO
Is
220 ~ 240 V
NO
at the connector X1A of
outdoor PC board
(A1P) side?
YES
Correct power supply.
Replace the inverter PC
board.
Replace the inverter PC
board.
Replace the outdoor unit
PC board (A1P).
Check the transmission
wiring between the
outdoor unit PC board
and inverter unit.
Replace the inverter
PC board.
Monitor field power
supply.
