Figure 4 shows the alarm/fan Module LEDs indicating fan trouble.

Fan trouble LEDs
As the system LED shows the status of the other three LEDs, it is used to
determine the overall status of the Call Server. It is visible through a light pipe
in the Call Server front cover.
For information on replacing Call Server components, including the
alarm/fan module and power module, see "Replacing equipment" on
page 113.
