Pay attention to creep phenomenon

the car moves slowly without stepping

creep phenomenon.
To accelerate normally,
depress the accelerator pedal
slowly. If you step in a lot, it
may kick down and cause
unexpected rapid acceleration.

Caution

Kickdown

When stepping on the accelerator pedal fully
while driving (excluding low vehicle speed),
it automatically shifts down and the engine
speed rises, enabling strong acceleration.
This is called kickdown.
 When you want to accelerate rapidly,
such as overtaking,
Depress the accelerator pedal all the way.
You can kick down and gain powerful
acceleration.
Caution

Uphill slope speed change control
