Q How long will the batteries last?
Four new AA alkaline batteries may last for as many as

100 frames when the flash is used on half of all the shots
(determined under Olympus test conditions). But this is just
an estimate — in actual use, battery life is affected by many
variables such as the frequency of flash use, as well as by the
kind of battery used and the environmental conditions under
which the camera is used.
The figures regarding the number of frames the batteries can
store are based on our tests and our designated batteries.
These figures are for reference only. The actual number of
frames the batteries can store may vary.
Q How can I correct the clock in the camera that will be
used to record the date on the image data?
A Date adjustment is not made when the camera is shipped.
You can adjust the date either from the camera or from
the PC (p. 116).
