PROBABLE CAUSE
Out of range or insufficient
signal
Low charge battery
in receiver
AC adaptor cord(s) not fully
extended
Improper antenna position
Signal interference due
to other nursery monitors or
cordless telephones, etc.
Channel switches not on
same setting
Receiver is too close to the
transmitter
Volume is set too high
Test reception by moving the transmitter
and/or receiver to different locations through-
out the house. Relocate the transmitter
and/or receiver.
Use AC adaptor with receiver in base to
monitor and charge battery.
Fully extend AC adaptor cord(s).
Make sure antennas are pointing upward.
Change channel switch on both transmitter
and receiver to the other channel.
Identify and eliminate source of interference.
Do not use two nursery monitors at the same
time in the same house.
Check channel switch on transmitter and
receiver to be sure they are on the same
channel.
Move receiver further away from transmitter.
Lower volume on the receiver.
