An FCB PWB download could not be completed when either a FCB PWB or Fax Controller
software failure occurred.
Procedure
Check the electrical connections on the FCB PWB (PL 11.3)
If the problem persists reload Software (ADJ 9.3.1).
If the problem continues, replace the FCB PWB (PL 11.3).
