    GENERAL INFORMATION The MQ Whiteman Power Buggy, Model WBH-16EAWD The operator controls the forward and reverse machine (recoil/electric start) is intended for the transportation of travel by manually shifting the control valve which directs concrete, concrete spreading and spot pouring.
