Run-on time

In order to rid kitchen air of steam and
odours, the downdraft extractor
continues to run for 5 minutes on the
power level that was set last. The
power level is gradually reduced during
the run-on time. The current power level
pulsates during the run-on time.
Useful tip: To help release vapours
effectively with pans over 15 cm high,
place a wooden spoon between the lid
and the pan.
