Blades will not rotate. Engine stalls.
Paddles will not rotate.
Material leaking from drum ends.
Drum diffi cult to discharge (tilt).

Possible Problem
Material load too heavy, exceeding
mixer capability?
Improper engine speed?
Broken connector pin?
Paddle slips under load?
Worn or defective paddle shaft seals? Replace or adjust seals.
Defective or worn drum support
brackets?
Blades adjusted too tight?
Solution
Reduce amount of material being
mixed.
Check and adjust engine speed.
Replace conncector pin.
Adjust clutch.
Apply grease to bracket or replace.
Adjust blades until they almost touch
side walls of drum.
