Unlocking programs temporarily

1. If you try to watch a TV program that exceeds the rating limits
you set, the TV will enter into the program lock mode.

2. To temporarily unlock the program, press MUTE.
3. Press the Number button (0–9) to enter your 4-digit PIN code.

4. Press ENTER.
If the PIN code is correct, the lock mode will be released and the
normal picture will appear.
All locking is disabled until the TV is turned off, and will be
enabled when the TV is turned on again.
If the wrong PIN code is entered, the message "Incorrect"
appears. Enter the code again, and then press ENTER.

Locking channels

Use the CH LOCK feature to lock specific channels. The TV will not
be able to tune locked channels until the setting is cleared.
You can lock a maximum of nine channels.
To lock channels:
1. From the LOCKS menu, select CH LOCK.
2. Press x or • to display the CH LOCK menu. CH INPUT will
be highlighted.
3. Press the Channel Number buttons to enter the channel you
want to lock. (The current channel cannot be locked.)
4. Press ENTER.
