DISASSEMBLY
When disassembling the carburetor, refer to the assembly
diagram. Refer to specification to identify carburetor model
identification.
Remove the following parts:
Carburetor 1

Idle adjusting screw 4
•
Pilot jet 5
•
Main nozzle 6
•
Main jet 7
•
Needle valve 8
•
Clip 9
•
Float pin 0
•
Float A
•
Float chamber gasket B
•
Float chamber C
•
Drain screw D
•
Screw E
•
Always remove the float pin from the right side to the left
side. (See the figure.)
