Warning: Do not cool the oven by directly applying cold water in the tub.
SAFETY MEASURES: The fan cover and the tray guides must be correctly fastened in
place during this cycle.
The cooking chamber must not be cooled with cold water.

HUMIDIFIER BUTTON

To activate the humidifier, press the special options button (14). All the special options
light up. Use the general options knob (18) to select the option HUMIDIFIER BUTTON
(15.2). Confirm the option by pressing the special options button (14) or the general
options knob (18).
The moisture inlet only operates when the door is closed and the oven is in Start mode
(in Stop mode the signal is ignored).
Bakery products rise very well using this function thanks to the rapid entrance of
moisture.
Soft shine to baked products.
It should be used for short periods of time.

DESCALING DISPLAY

When the oven automatically detects excess limescale in the pipes, a message is sent
via the display (general information text 3) informing of the need to descale.
The text DESCALING flashes on the display. The speed of the flash increases with the
need for decaling, and when descaling is obligatory the message is permanently lit (at
this point the oven only operates in convection mode).
The descaling function is performed by the SAT. Therefore if the oven requires
descaling please contact the maintenance technician.
To descale, enter the function by pressing the special function button and select the
option, descaling (15.3). To confirm the option, press the special functions button (14) or
the general options knob (18).
The message "SELECT TIME" is display and the descaling time for the steam generator
should be selected from the range 30 to 480 minutes (the default setting is 120
minutes). Confirm the time setting using the general options knob. Wait 3 minutes.
The screen displays the message: "SPRAY DESCALE"
Undo the side panel of the oven (Fig. 13) and access the steam generator. Undo the
descaling nut (Fig. 14) and pour the descaler in the steam generator.
Confirm the descaling operation with the general option button.
During the descaling, the text "FX DESCALE" is displayed with the time remaining for
the operation, where X is the current phase.
On completion of the descaling, the text "END DESCALE" is displayed.
