3. Close the door and pull the entire burn chamber (Fig. 18A)
out of the convection chamber (Fig. 18B). NB! Place a
protective cover under the combustion chamber to prevent
damage to the fl oor.
4. Install the fl ue pipe (Fig. 19A) in the correct position so that it
fi nishes 4 cm above the cassette. See Fig. 1 for dimensions.
The brackets (Fig.19B) must be fastened securely to the
masonry. Use the expansion bolts that come with the adapter
kit (optional extra). Holes in the surround for the expansion
bolts are Ø6 mm. The brackets must not be lower than 14
cm above the cassette.
5. The screws (Fig. 19C) and nuts that hold the fl ue pipe in
place may be loosely tighten in order to allow the fl u pipe to
be slightly moved. The adaptor can then be moved easily to
the centre of the smoke outlet on the cassette.
6. Attach the connector (Fig. 19D) to the fl exible hot air duct
using a hose clip (Fig. 19E). Complete the installation in the
surround. The connector should be at the same height as
the top of the cassette.
7. Choose the most suitable position for the connector (Fig.
19F) if installing an outside air duct (see Fig. 2). Make holes
for the duct in the hearth or surround (Fig. 19G).
8. Make sure that the inlet air lever (Fig. 27A) is in the correct
position (closed).
