Disconnect the telephone line cord (1).

Open the battery cover (2).

Install the batteries in the battery compartment
(3).

Close the cover (4), then reconnect the telephone
line cord (5).

Note for connections
• The AC adaptor must remain connected at all times.
(It is normal for the adaptor to feel warm during
use.)
