Installation
• Leveling
– Place a level on the griddle plate from side to side.
For griddles on legs, the bottom foot is adjustable.
Turn counter clockwise to decrease height,
clockwise to increase height. Casters are adjustable
by loosening the jam nut. When desired level is
reached, tighten the jam nut. Follow the same
procedure to level from front to back.
