_ USING THE CONCORD PROTECTOR

Mount the CONCORD TRANSFORMER on the vehicle seat as described in
the user manual. Comply with all the instructions contained in the user manual
of the CONCORD TRANSFORMER.
Place your child onto the seat of the CONCORD TRANSFORMER as far back
as possible.
Place the CONCORD
PROTECTOR onto the
CONCORD TRANSFORMER so
that the stabilisers (03) are level
with the harness guides of the
CONCORD TRANSFORMER.
Push the restraining body
backwards until the stabilisors
(03) are flush with the red
markings on the harness guide.
CAUTION!
• The CONCORD PROTECTOR may only be used in conjunction with the
CONCORD TRANSFORMER T or the TRANSFORMER XT.
• Ensure that the stabilisors (03) are positioned correctly in the harness guides
of the CONCORD TRANSFORMER!
• The CONCORD PROTECTOR must not be attached at an angle, askew
or back to front!

Run the lap and diagonal belt from the CONCORD PROTECTOR to the lock
and close the seat belt as with an adult.
(An audible click will signal proper locking.)
Now position the seat belts correctly.
Run the lap and diagonal seat belts through
the harness guide (02) on both sides. Hook the
seat belts into the attachment hooks (01).
The diagonal belt will run along the front edge
of the side protector, and the lap belt over the
arm rests of the CONCORD TRANSFORMER.
The seat belt must not be laid out in any other way.
CAUTION!
• The seat belts must be positioned securely behind the attachment
hooks (01)!
• You must always use the size adjustment on the CONCORD
TRANSFORMER to adapt the seat to the size of the child, when using
the CONCORD PROTECTOR!
• Tighten first the lap belt and then the diagonal belt.
• Ensure that the seat belts are snug and not twisted.
