Note: To prevent damage caused by corro-
sion, make sure that the same kinds of ma -
terials are used when installing the sensor
or thermowell. For example, do not use a
temperature sensor or thermowell made of
non-ferrous metal in a stainless steel heat ex -
changer. In this case, use a stainless steel
thermowell for the sensor.
