– Main gas supply to unit is "OFF."
– Incorrect gas type supplied to unit.
– Incorrect supply pressure.
– Incorrect orifices.
– Primary air not adjusted properly.
– Pilot gas not adjusted properly.
– Incorrect pilot orifice.
– Manual valve for top burner in "OFF" position.
– Pilot out.
– Pilot gas not adjusted properly.
– Clogged orifice.
– Draft condition.
– Improper ventilation system.
– Air in gas line.
