To the headlight
Clamp the headlight lead to the
frame front cross member with
the clamp.
Rivet the frame front cross
member protector and right
cover.
To the coolant temperature sen-
sor
To the knock sensor
Pass the clamp through the hole
in the frame front cross mem-
ber, and then clamp the wire
harness with the clamp. Position
the buckle of the clamp on top
of the leads, with the end facing
to the left.
Headlight lead coupler
Clamp the right
switch leads to the parking
brake cable, brake hose, and
wire harness. The leads can be
clamped in any direction.
Radiator fan motor coupler
To the oil level switch
Fuel sender coupler
Position the coupler cover on
the right of the coolant reservoir.
Pass the fuel hose and fuel
pump lead over the wire har-
ness and fuel tank breather
hose.
Clamp the wire harness and
fuel tank breather hose to the
frame rear cross member with
the clamp.
Clamp the wire harness, park-
ing brake cable, and brake hose
to the frame rear cross member
with the clamp.
Spring
To the parking brake
Tail/brake light lead coupler
To the brake
Throttle cable
Install the throttle cable protec-
tor, aligning it with the rivet nut
of the throttle cable.
To the tail/brake light
Fuel hose
Clamp the fuel pump lead at the
white tape to the fuel hose with
the clamp.
Clamp
To the meter
Parking brake cable
Install the fuel tank breather
hose to the fuel tank with the
hose clamp. Be sure to connect
the hose end that does not have
a paint mark to the fuel tank.
Brake hose
Route the fuel tank breather
hose along the frame rear cross
member.
Tighten the rectifier/regulator
securing
ground lead.
Rectifier/regulator
Pass the clamp through the hole
for the shroud stopper and then
handlebar clamp the left handlebar switch
lead.
Connect the wire harness side
coupler (black) to the rectifier/
regulator.
AC magneto lead coupler
Route the intake air pressure
sensor coupler behind the throt-
tle cable on the rear of the
snowmobile (so that the coupler
with white tape is positioned on
the left side).
Route the intake air tempera-
ture sensor coupler to the right
of the snowmobile than the
throttle cable.
Rivet the frame front cross
member
cover.
Fit the claw of the frame front
cross member protector firmly
under the frame front cross
member.
