16) PROGRAMMING NOTES
TO SET THE TABLE TAX RATE:
The tax table programming calculation uses the left side of the tax breaks. Maximum program
length is 63 steps.
Following is an example of a 4% program from tax tables.

number is subtracted from the larger for the break point.
