WARNING! Always make sure the Power Switch (1) is in its "OFF"
position and the Plasma Cutter is disconnected from its electrical outlet
and air supply source before performing any inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning.
2.
Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Plasma Cutter. Check for
misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, damaged
wiring, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal
noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
Do not use damaged equipment.
3.
Before each use, clean or, if necessary, replace the Nozzle (6A) and Electrode
(3A). (See Assy. Diagram.)
4.
To change the Fuse (9), unscrew and remove the Fuse Cap. Remove the old
Fuse, and replace with a new Fuse. Then, replace the Fuse Cap. (See Figure A.)
5.
To clean, use a shop vacuum cleaner, or use compressed air.
6.
When storing, make sure to store the Plasma Cutter in a safe, clean, and dry
location.
