When you dispose your CLIÉ handheld, follow the steps below for recycling
batteries.
How to remove the battery

Remove the screw on the back
panel of your CLIÉ handheld with
the Phillips screwdriver.

Pull the attached ribbon to remove
the battery.

Remove the battery cover.

Remove the jack of the battery
cord from your CLIÉ handheld.
