General

Task
The application example shows how you can control the ET 200S frequency converter with
the aid of the _ET200S_FC_control function block. You can carry out the following functions
with this example:
● Reset parameterization and drive errors
● Read parameter
● Write parameter
● Activate command data set 1
● Activate command data set 2
● Start the motor at a specified speed
● Stop a running motor
Requirements
The following requirements must be met:
● You have commissioned the ET 200S frequency converter (Article No.:
6SL3244-0SA00-1AA0) with the connected motor.
For information on commissioning the frequency converter, see the SIMATIC
Frequency Converter Operating Instructions (03/2005 Edition).
