Enter the dial string voice mail should use to retrieve (pick up) an External Extension call
when the called destination is busy.

✔ By default, this option is N (no entry).
In UX5000 programming, set up the trunks voice mail will use for External Extension as
Tandem Trunks (i.e., Unsupervised Conference).

EFER TO THE SOFTWARE MANUALS FOR MORE
- Make sure that 20-11-14: Trunk to Trunk Transfer Restriction is disabled (0) in the voice
mail port's Class of Service. This is the default setting.
The connected trunks must provide disconnect supervision.
