Disassembly Procedure

1.
Remove the Battery Cover.
2.
Remove the screw b (x 1) securing the Sensor Cover. (Plain View (1) (p.
8), View 1)
3.
Remove the Sensor Cover.
4.
Detach the Mouth Piece Assy.
5.
Take the tube off that is connected to the Sensor Board.

6.
Remove the screws c (x 2) securing the Neck. (Plain View (1) (p. 8),
View 1)
7.
Take the Neck off by rotating it left and right.

8.
Turn over the Rubber Cap, and take the Shaft off that is inserted to the
Sus Bar's hole.
* The Shaft is a tiny part so keep it carefully not to lose it.

9.
Remove the screws a (x 7) securing the Bottom Case. (Plain View (1) (p.
8), View 1)
10. Lift the Bottom Case gently and disconnect the wiring (x 1) and the flat
cable (x 1).
11. Take the Rubber Cap off from the Top Case.
12. Detach the Bottom Case.

Important Notes on
Assembly
Shaping the Wiring
As for the wiring connecting the speaker and the Main Board, give
attention to the following points.

Fit into the trench.
Secure the position with tape (3 locations)
As for the wiring connecting the Phones Board to the Main Board, give
attention to the following points.

No touching.
No pressing.
Don't let it go beyond the Phone Board.
Installing the Key
When installing the Key, give attention to the direction and the shape of
the Key.

There is a prominent on the location where marked by a yellow circle
to avoid attaching with reverse direction, so install it while avoiding
interfering to that portion.

Don't fit into the Boss.
These three locations have cuts
as shown on the photo left.
