Confirming the Sus Bar
1.
Print out the paper model of the Sus Bar drawn at the end of this Service
Note (Paper Model (Sus bar) (p. 47)) with the life size, and place it with
the customer's Sus Bar.
2.
As for the vertical bending, place it on a flat surface like a table and
confirm that it stays totally flat, without any lifted portions.
* If the Sus Bar is bent, then replace it with a new one. In that case, place the paper
model and be sure that it is not bent.
Installing the Bottom Case and Top Case
1.
Insert the Shaft to the Sus Bar.
* The Shaft is easy to drop off from the Sus Bar, so be careful on this.

2.
Install the Top Case while being mindful about the direction of the Sus
Bar.

3.
Confirm that the Shaft is inserted.

4.
Let the Sus Bar go through the hole of the Rubber Cap.

5.
Secure the wiring in place using double sided tape.

6.
Assemble the Top Case and the Bottom Case while confirming the
positions of wirings and flat cables.

7.
Tighten the screws a (x 7) securing the Bottom Case. (Plain View (1) (p.
8), View 1)
8.
Confirm that the Top Case and the Bottom Case are assembled without
any bends.

9.
Turn the Rubber Cap over, so that it will cover as shown.
Confirm that the plastic rise circled yellow is perfectly inserted to the
rubber hole.

10. Apply the market available recorder (wind instrument) cream to the
Rubber Cap.
