Hardware Monitor menu

Hardware Monitor menu
The Hardware Monitor menu displays the system temperature/power status, and allows you
to change the fan settings.
System
Function description

The onboard hardware monitor automatically detects and dis-

CPU / CHA
The onboard hardware monitor automatically detects and dis-

(RPM). If the fan is not connected to the motherboard, the field
shows N/A. Select [Ignore] if you do not need to display the de-
tected speed.
CPU
The onboard hardware monitor automatically detects the voltage

output through the onboard voltage regulators. Select [Ignore] if
+3.3V, +5V,
you do not want to detect this item.

CPU Fan
Control the CPU fan.
Control
[Disabled Mode]: The CPU fan runs at full speed.
[Auto Mode]: The CPU fan speed changes automatically
according to the CPU temperature.
CHA Fan1
Control the chassis fan.
Control
[Auto Mode]: The chassis fan speed changes automatically
according to the motherboard temperature.
[Silent Mode]: The chassis fan runs at low speed with less
noise.
[Disabled Mode]: The chassis fan runs at full speed.
